All the character of our original boots, but in soft fine-grain leather, giving you the feeling that you've been wearing them forever. These ankle boots stay true to the silhouette of our classic 1460s, which date back six decades and feature all the elements of Dr. Martens' DNA: yellow stitching, an AirWair branded heel tab, and a sturdy air-cushioned sole.
Born on 01.04.60. Named 1460. Over six decades, our 8-eye boots have become iconic.
Virginia leather is a soft fine-grain leather that has been treated to give it a smooth and supple finish. Clean it with a damp cloth and nourish it with Dr. Martens shoe polish.
Our Goodyear welted models are thermally bonded at 700°C and reinforced with our signature stitching.
