From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day.
Order after 1 PM
Orders are prioritized and processed on the next business day. From Friday at 1 PM to Sunday evening, orders placed will be shipped on Monday evening.
We will send you an email when your package is shipped from our warehouse. This email summarizes the chosen delivery method as well as the tracking number for your package. You can also visit your account in the "Track my orders" section for details and tracking of your order.

CLICK & COLLECT DELIVERY AT CITADIUM STORES - IN 48H TO 72H
| For all Citadium stores, the Click & Collect delivery time is 24 hours. All orders placed before 1 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the following business day and delivered within the next 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM and over the weekend will be available for pickup on Tuesday morning. |
COLISSIMO DELIVERY - IN 24H TO 48H
| Colissimo delivery from La Poste allows you to receive your order in 48h to 72h in mainland France. Deliveries are made by the postal service from Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 7 PM. With Colissimo, you can choose between home delivery, delivery to a post office, or to a pickup point.
Home delivery: The package is delivered to the address specified on your order. It is therefore important to be precise with your delivery address. If you are not at home, a notice will be left by La Poste, allowing you to pick up your package at your nearest post office. You have 10 business days from the arrival of your package at the post office to pick it up. After this period, it will be returned to Citadium. Delivery to a post office or pickup point: You can choose the post office (without prior visit from your mail carrier) or a retailer near your home, workplace, or vacation spot for delivery. A text message and an email will be sent to notify you of your package's arrival, giving you 10 days to pick up your order. After this time, the package will be returned to Citadium. Remember to bring an ID when picking up your package. In any case, from the day after your order is shipped, you can track your package on the site https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois using your package number provided via email during shipment or through the tracking link in your Citadium account. |
CHRONOPOST DELIVERY - IN 24H TO 48H
Chronopost:
| This "express" delivery allows you to be delivered in 24h on business days, starting from the shipment of your order from Monday to Saturday in mainland France. Deliveries are made by Chronopost from Monday to Saturday between 7 AM and 1 PM. Any order placed before 1 PM is delivered the next day before 1 PM (within 24h). - For example, an order placed on Tuesday before 1 PM will be delivered on Wednesday before 1 PM. - For example, an order placed on Friday before 1 PM will be delivered on Monday before 1 PM. Any order placed after 1 PM will be shipped the following business day and delivered within the next 24h. - For example, an order placed on Tuesday after 1 PM will be shipped on Wednesday evening and therefore delivered on Thursday before 1 PM. - For example, an order placed on Friday after 1 PM will be shipped on Monday evening and therefore delivered on Tuesday before 1 PM. Once your package is taken care of by Chronopost, you can track your package on the site www.chronopost.fr using your package number provided via email during shipment or the tracking link in your Citadium account. If you are absent, a notice will be left by Chronopost, allowing you to pick up your package at the nearest pickup point. Chronopost pickup point: Standard delivery in Shop2Shop pickup points by Chronopost offers delivery within 48 hours at partner pickup points.
