The Docs from the Originals collection. Now available in a wider range of colors. Season after season, our range expands with new colors or those from the Dr. Martens archives. These 1461 shoes are made of sturdy Smooth Original leather and remain true to the model produced 60 years ago. These shoes are set on a raw-looking air-cushioned sole, a construction reinforced by our signature yellow stitching, a standout detail since the beginning.

The 1461 3-eyelet shoes are the second model created by Dr. Martens, highly appreciated for their easy-to-wear aspect. The Smooth leather, tough and stiff at first, can be polished for a shiny finish or proudly display signs of wear. The choice is yours. Clean it with a damp cloth and nourish it with Dr. Martens wax polish. Our Goodyear welted models are thermally bonded at 700°C and reinforced by our signature stitching.

Material
Resilient and known to be stiff at first, Smooth leather can be polished for an elegant shine or can show lovely marks, depending on your preferences.

Clean dirt with a damp cloth, let it dry, then apply Dr. Martens wax-based polish, clear or colored depending on your shoes, using
