Vince Carter, also known as Vinsanity, holds the title of the greatest dunker of all time, a name given to him for his performances on the court and his participation in the 2000 Slam Dunk contest where he won the trophy against basketball greats such as Tracy McGrady, Steve Francis, Ricky Davis, Jerry Stackhouse, and Larry Hughes. During his time with the Raptors, where he became the star of the team, he won the Rookie of the Year title in 1999. That same year, he made history at the Sydney Olympics by dunking over the giant center of the French team. Today, Carter is recognized as the only player to have played for 22 seasons and the only player to have played in four different decades (1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s).
